By submitting a logo, image, text or design, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission from the rights holder to use it on the ordered products. You authorize Liberty Throttle Co. to reproduce and reasonably adapt the submitted artwork for engraving, embroidery and fulfillment of your order. You remain responsible for ensuring your submission does not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Liberty Throttle Co. harmless from claims arising from artwork you were not authorized to submit. You retain any rights you hold in your artwork; Liberty Throttle Co. receives permission only to fulfill your order. Liberty Throttle Co. may decline artwork that appears unauthorized.

Our contoured modified seven-panel patch and classic rectangle are options where offered for this hat. We may contact you to confirm artwork details before production.

Water-resistance note: Performance fabric repels moisture, but waterproofing does not extend to all decorative surfaces, patch materials, seams, or openings. Cork accents, where present, are not waterproof. This hat is not intended as fully waterproof rain protection.
