You remain responsible for ensuring your submission does not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Liberty Throttle Co. harmless from claims arising from artwork you were not authorized to submit. You retain any rights you hold in your artwork; Liberty Throttle Co. receives permission only to fulfill your order. Liberty Throttle Co. may decline artwork that appears unauthorized.
